Terms & License

These terms govern your use of Legacy Media (legacyeditors.net) and the digital packs sold on it. By buying or downloading, you agree to them.

What you may do

Every purchase includes a commercial license: use the presets, backgrounds, titles and sound in unlimited personal and client projects — YouTube videos, films, commercials, social content, broadcast. No attribution required, no per-project fees.

What you may not do

Don’t resell, redistribute, share or repackage the raw files themselves — including in template marketplaces, asset bundles, or “free download” collections. The license covers your finished work, not the source assets.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Whop, our merchant of record. Whop and its payment providers collect and process your payment details and issue any refunds — we never see or store your card number. Prices are shown and charged in USD; the price you see is the price you pay.

Refunds

These are instant digital downloads, so we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds once you’ve received the files. If a pack isn’t as described — missing or incorrect content, wrong format, or files you can’t download — email the.jackeditor@gmail.com within 7days and we’ll refund you in full. Updates & access

Packs receive free lifetime updates. When we improve a pack you own, the new version is available through the same download you already have access to.

Governing law

Whop, Inc. is the merchant of record for all purchases, and their terms govern the transaction itself. Beyond that, these terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Legacy Media is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
